With the appointment of Cortney Osborne as Chief Operations Officer across DRN, MVTRAC, and SCM, key operational functions are now more closely aligned to drive efficiency and performance.

Claire Carter has also expanded her role to Executive Vice President of Project Management across DRN, MVTRAC, and SCM. Her leadership will focus on improving integrations, driving technology adoption, and strengthening collaboration between clients and recovery partners.
